The Miami-Dade Public Library presents Meditation at Main

Come and enjoy an evening of meditation and reflection

(Miami, FL – December 18, 2015) Join Henry Brown, author of Enoch’s Way, for a relaxing evening of guided meditation and reflection. Meditation has been shown to improve health, healing and intelligence. Sessions take place every Thursday beginning on January 7th from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Main Library located at 101 West Flagler St in Miami.
