Meet with President & CEO Virginia Jacko to hear about Miami Lighthouse's work in the community and participation in the fine arts. Light refreshments will be served. It's Possible to See Without Sight: A Multi-Sensory POP-UP Art Experience exhibits 5 of 12 pieces created by the Miami Lighthouse's Social Group Activities (SGA) and includes QR Codes with an audio description of the art. Gentle touching of the artwork is encouraged.
This celebration is made possible thanks to the enduring collaboration between the Miami Lighthouse of the Blind and Miami-Dade Public Library System's Braille and Talking Books Library.
