MEET THE AUTHOR: JUDGE KAREN MILLS-FRANCIS

In celebration of Miami-Dade Public Library System’s 40th anniversary and its ‘back-to-school’ celebration, former Miami-Dade Judge and television Judge Karen Mill-Francis will visit the Model City Branch for a special book reading on Friday, September 2, 2011, 1 p.m.
Born and raised in Miami, Judge Karen has been practicing criminal defense law for 13 years and is a twice-elected Miami-Dade County Judge.
