Miami Dolphins Wide Receiver Davone Bess will join the Summer Reading Adventure at the Miami-Dade Public Library on Thursday, July 7, 3:30 p.m. at the Little River Branch, 160 NE 79 Street. Bess will read to kids, share information about his career, and sign autographs.

The summer reading program runs through Saturday, July 23, and children and teens who sign up and read for two or more hours each week can qualify to win prizes including laptops, iPods, Miami Dolphins VIP Training Camp Experience, gift cards to Barnes &Noble, GameStop, Best Buy, Toys 'R Us, and much more . Adults can participate in the program by taking a weekly challenge to win prizes such as Barnes & Noble Nook eBook Reader and gift certificates to Publix and Olive Garden restaurant worth $100 each.
