Bargains Galore at the Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library
6th Annual Book Sale--November 30 - December 3, Main Library

MIAMI, FL, November 20, 2006 – The 6th Annual Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library book sale takes place Thursday, Nov. 30 through Sunday, Dec. 3rd at the Main Library, 101 W. Flagler Street, in downtown Miami. 

This is South Florida’s largest book sale with tens of thousands of donated books, tapes and records available for purchase, most for $2 and under.  Proceeds benefit Library programming.

During the book sale only, it will be possible to join the Friends of the Library for as little as $15 or renew a Friends membership and receive a certificate good for $15 in book sale purchases. 

Sale hours:

• Thursday, Nov. 30 – 10 am to 8 pm
• Friday, Dec. 1 – 10 am to 5 pm
• Saturday, Dec. 2 –10 am to 5 pm
• Sunday, Dec. 3 – 1 pm to 4 pm. (Half Price Day)
