Miami-Dade FL- The Miami-Dade Public Library System invites the community to an afternoon of art and reggae music on Saturday, January 20, at 2 p.m. Herbie Miller, reggae historian, manager of the late reggae legend Peter Tosh and co-curator of the exhibition; Equal Rights: Reggae and Social Change, will lead a discussion on the history of reggae music and the way it’s being used to address worldwide political and social issues.
