Miami-Dade Public Library System presents Dueling Makey Makey

Turn everyday items into touch pads

(Miami, FL – December 18, 2015) Teams will turn everyday objects into touch pads and combine them with the Internet. It’s a simple kit for beginners or experts to expand on art, engineering and everything in between. Participants will be divided into groups and try to create the most outrageous use for the tool. The event takes place on Monday, January 11th at 6 p.m. at the West Flagler Branch located at 5050 West Flagler St and on Thursday, January 14th at 6 p.m. at the North Dade Regional located at 2455 NW 183rd St in Miami Gardens.
