Bargains Galore at the Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library Book Sale -The Largest Pre-Owned Book Sale in South Florida!
(MIAMI, NOVEMBER 19, 2008) The eighth annual Friends of the Miami-Dade Public Library System book sale takes place Thursday, December 4th through Sunday, December 7th at the Main Library, 101 W. Flagler Street, in downtown Miami.
This is South Florida’s largest book sale with tens of thousands of donated books, CDs, audio cassettes, video tapes and more at $2 and under. Proceeds benefit Library programming.

To volunteer or join the Friends organization, please call 305-375-4776 or email Friends@mdpls.org. The library asks that volunteer sorters give a 24-hour notice of their intended participation.
The Friends of Miami-Dade Public Library is a nonprofit, charitable organization created in 1974 specifically to support the Miami-Dade Public Library System. The Friends assist the Library by promoting Library interests within the community, supporting volunteers in the local branches, and raising funds to sponsor Library programming.
